The Anaklia Development Consortium opened a public information center in Anaklia in order to brief the locals about the progress of the port construction and development. The Center is accessible to all the interested persons.
“We believe it is important that the local population should be informed the way the project is being implemented: the stages, relevant works etc. issues regarding the Anaklia seaport. We welcome the feedback, so the Center is going to be an intercommunication means”, – Ms. Tamar Zakariadze, the Consortium’s Corporate Social responsibility Manager stated.

The deep sea port in Anaklia will be constructed and developed by Anaklia Development Consortium. The preconstruction works started in 2016, and the construction itself is to be launched later this year. The first phase seaport is to be made operational in 2020.
