Anaklia Development Consortium LTD invites you to a the public discussion of the environment impart report.
As stipulated in the investment contraction “On Construction, Operation and Transfer of the Black Sea Deep Water Port in Anaklia” which was executed with the Government of Georgia, as of October 3, Anaklia Development Consortium LTD is implementing the Black Sea Deep Water Port Project (“Project”) in the village of Anaklia. The Project aims to increase Georgia’s transit, transportation and logistical potential.
Anaklia Development Consortium LTD drew up a draft of the Environment Impact Report. Besides this report, hard and soft copies of the documents concerning planned tasks, such as technical and non-technical summaries, are publicly available at (a) Anaklia Development Consortium LTD, #6 Marjanishvili St., 0102 Tbilisi, Georgia; (b) The Anaklia Deep Sea Port Information Center – “Palm Beach Hotel”, Rustaveli St., the village of Anaklia, Georgia; (c) Zugdidi Town Hall – #45 Z. Until 30 July (through), those interested in the project may submit their reservations and opinions (in writing) on the prospected works at: (a) Anaklia Development Consortium LTD, #6 Marjanishvili St., 0102 Tbilisi, Georgia; (b) the Anaklia Deep Sea Port Information Center – “Palm Beach Hotel”, Rustaveli St., the village of Anaklia, Georgia or at: csr@anakliadevelopment.ge
Under the Law of Georgia “On the Environmental Impact Permit”, Anaklia Development Consortium LTD will hold public discussions of the Environmental Impact Report on:
August 1, 2017 at 12:00 – The Zugdidi Town Hall, in the conference hall on the 4th floor an on August 2, 2017 at 12:00 in the Palm Beach Hotel on Rustaveli St, the village of Anaklia , in the conference hall.
The discussions can be attended by all of those interested.
