Who we are

  • Anaklia Development Consortium (ADC) is an international consortium which combines international and local companies with specialized experiences in their respective fields. Backgrounds that together form the right global business leadership team will work well with the Government of Georgia to execute and fulfill Anaklia Deep Sea Port project.

Anaklia Development Consortium (ADC) is a consortium of TBC Holding from Georgia, SSA Marine from the United States, Wondernet Express from UK and G-Star LTD from Bulgaria. ADC’s leaders are proactive, resourceful entrepreneurs with an exceptional track record of ethical business conduct. ADC has established a framework of preliminary agreements with diverse global players in port and transport infrastructure for Anaklia Port’s long-term success.

Our goals and vision

  • Anaklia Development Consortium’s goal for the port of Anaklia is to improve the port infrastructure in Georgia, thereby providing reduced costs for those who use the port and subsequently improving the economic opportunities regionally and domestically. The mission of ADC focuses on multiple target groups: The regional economy of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region, with Anaklia in specific; The national economy by lifting the level of port infrastructure in the country, thereby reducing the cost of trade and hence improving Georgia’s competitive position for World trade; and Port users including shipping lines, logistic firms and cargo owners.

 

  • Anaklia Development Consortium’s vision for the port of Anaklia is to create a world class port complex for Georgia and establish Anaklia as a focal point of trade to and from Central Asia and on the New Silk Road trade route between China and the Europe. ADC utilizes specific strategies in order to achieve the vision for Anaklia Port relating to: Port operations, strong alignment of cargo growth & profitability, the marketing and sales strategy, the utilization of Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA) and the Free Economic Zone.
